29 March 2025, Scandi & Balfolk dance in Tinwell and Ketton

 

Our next exciting event will be on Saturday 29 March in Tinwell Village Hall.

There will be dance workshops, a communal meal, a chance to swap tunes, and a fantastic social dance to live music. The event in Tinwell will run from about 2pm-11pm, and then we’ll have an after-party with more music and dancing in Ketton. 

Draft programme:

* 2-5pm (with breaks) Afternoon dance workshop in gorgeous polska från Boda. No partner needed. Smooth soled shoes recommended.

* 5:15pm Tune swap

* 6:30-7:30pm Communal dinner - The meal tickets are fully booked but you can join the waiting list, or bring your own and eat with everyone else.

* 8pm Balfolk basics dance workshop

* 8:15-11pm Social Dance to live music 

* Afterparty in Ketton with more music and dancing!

Starting again on 6 February 2025 we will be running monthly dance events in London! Please join me in making the only regular Scandi dance in the UK a success. If you can’t come yourself, please tell your friends! What? Beginner friendly dance workshops and a social dance to live music. Where?
